A National-Level Skater and GOLD Medalist, he brings the discipline, precision, and high-performance mindset of elite sport into every aspect of healthcare leadership. This foundation of resilience and focus continues to shape iDental’s culture of excellence. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (SKCET), Coimbatore, and an MBA from GR Damodaran Institute of Management, with specialization in Operations, Finance, and Marketing — equipping him with strong technical, strategic, and managerial expertise. Mr. Arvind K, gained valuable professional experience in customer engagement and performance management at Decathlon under the Oxelo Skating Department, followed by corporate leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase, Bangalore, and State Street – HCL, Coimbatore, where he developed deep capabilities in governance, systems optimization, and service excellence. As Founder, Managing Director, and CEO, he oversees all strategic, administrative, and operational functions at iDental Hospital — ensuring seamless execution, refined patient experiences, and adherence to international benchmarks of quality and ethics.
